Owner & President Lanny Roan established Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning in 1996, as a means to be with his family in beautiful Trinity County. From 1990 – 1996 Lanny worked as a project superintendent for larger HVAC companies throughout California. He oversaw many projects including apartment complexes, major department stores, hospitals, and county, state, and federal facilities. As an active member of his community, he has been a proud supporter of the local High School’s Sober Grad program, athletics, music, theater, 4H, FFA, Weaverville Historical Society, and American Cancer Society relay for life. Lanny and his employees participated in continued training; including safety, new products and services, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, current building codes, and EPA regulations, Lanny’s extensive knowledge about HVAC and Sheet metal is what makes him a step above the rest.
