In 1994, Meckley Services, Inc. was founded by Kenneth A. Meckley as a full-service company to meet the building repair and maintenance needs of commercial facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Offering direct support to property managers and becoming a partner in providing general services became the foundation of the business. The success was resounding, creating a premier service company in Northern Virginia and Richmond.

In 2008, Meckley embarked on a mission to add a formative Construction Division to its impressive service portfolio. The success of this division solidified Meckley as a top-tier service and general contractor, providing for the needs of premier clients in the Mid-Atlantic.
