When Glenn Weaver opened the doors to Lanco Mechanicals in 1991, he believed his company’s success would be directly tied to business generated through word-of-mouth referrals. He understood that customer satisfaction was the key to building a reputable, long-standing company – and he was right. Today, Glenn’s customer-focused philosophy remains our guiding principle.
