In 1978, Bill’s son, Jay Gibson, took over the reins, continuing to uphold the family traditions and furthering the company's reputation for excellence.

In 2014, Brian Gibson, Jay's son, assumed ownership, becoming the third generation to lead Gibson Heating & Air Conditioning. Under Brian's leadership, the company has continued to grow and adapt to the evolving needs of its clients while maintaining the core values instilled by his grandfather and father.
